Life Skills

Our Life Skills course is an accessible and welcoming way to learn some key skills to live a confident, positive life, especially on a limited budget.

We cover healthy eating, budgeting, and dealing with the pressures of life. We help with things like practical money-saving techniques, cooking on a budget, and living healthily on less.

Life skills runs for eight consecutive weekly sessions. We start at 11am and finish with a light lunch at 1pm.
